Production Services enables SAP to deploy resilient products through simple and innovative services.

For our customers and we…

• … provide Assembly Services to transform code into software packages that are deployable by lifecycle management tools (ABAP and non-ABAP Assembly)
• … perform Software Lifecycle Validation that ensures that our customers can smoothly implement new developments by qualifying installation, upgrade, and patching procedures.
• … provision software packages via the official shipment channels
• … setup E2E Continuous Delivery pipelines as an initial step and offer an ongoing service of pipeline operations and monitoring.
• … apply the principles of Chaos Engineering to detect systemic issues regarding resilience and fault tolerance of a container-based system.

THE ROLE

In our complex environments it’s crucial to work in very close cooperation with other development teams, Quality Management and infrastructure teams all over SAP and across locations.
Your technical affinity and interest will get satisfied by solving complex topics in a technical environment. You work with your teammates and other teams globally on adopting and automating processes and tools, as well as automated operations.
Depending on your interests you will also be able to contribute to innovation projects in our department across our units.
