Description of knowledge and experience

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• At least 7 years of experience in Software Development
• Knowledge and hands on experience of IBM Mainframe development, COBOL, Endevor,
• DB2 and CICS
• Experience on Adabas and IMS
• Good communications skills and proactive attitude.
• Professional skills on English (Danish language considered a plus)
• Share actively your knowledge and experience to strengthen our team’s performance and
• skills
• Experience with SAFe-/agile methodology
• Experience in Test Driven Development and knows how actively use the system
• development life cycle in your daily work
• Experience in Test Driven Development and knows how to actively use the system
• development life cycle in your daily work
• Strong cards domain specific knowledge is an advantage
• Are result-oriented, have flexible and strong drive to deliver and “can-do” attitude

• You enjoy working in an international environment

  Your experience and background:

• 5+ years of experience working in the banking industry, preferably knowledge from Cards

• Customer Service domain – issuing, authorization, Card life cycle, Transactional flow, and settlement flow.
• You are not afraid to take ownership for driven tasks
• Are result-oriented, have flexible and strong drive to deliver and “can-do” attitude
• You are a team player, proactive, honest and dependable
• Have experience in compliance related requirements to scheme (Mastercard/Visa/Nets) or
• you are interested to quickly pick up this knowledge

• Holds skills and ability to work autonomously in JIRA and Confluence
