Job Descriptio

ROLE PURPOSE

Working within the CRM team, the Developer – Email & Owned Communications will support the marketing and business unit stakeholders in building and delivering email and other owned communications that achieve shared SBS goals. They are a skilled email Developer with a strong background in developing responsive email templates, with experience in both design and front-end development, and a sound understanding of APIs and Webhooks.

MAIN TASKS OF THE ROLE:

• Work with BU email specialists on the design and development of responsive email templates.
• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent email campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate designs with external data sources to ensure seamless flow and functionality.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to optimise email performance.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in email design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with responsive email design and development.
• Ability to integrate and utilise different communication channels such as Push, SMS and In-App messaging within applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with API and Webhook integration.
