DEVELOPER | OPERATIONS ANALYTICS | AUTOMATION

The Operations Analytics Team is a separate independent and specialist team sitting within Retail Operations which is multi-skilled across all products, systems, processes, and procedures. The purpose of our team is to move the business forward by serving Retail Operations through practical problem solving and analysis. The Ops Automation Team is a stream within the greater Operations Analytics Team that seeks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing and new processes within Retail Ops to remove mundane work and reshape the current way of working through innovative change. This is achieved by building and implementing solutions using intelligent automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
We are looking for someone who is interested in a career in IT as a developer and gravitates towards solving business problems through building tools. The successful candidate will focus on building but have exposure to all aspects of projects, from ideation to implementation.

EDUCATION

• Relevant business / commerce degree and/or current related experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the Retail or IT environment.

• Delivery of automation solutions within the operational environment through developing, implementing, and maintaining robots using low-code software and other tools like Power Automate.
• Developing extensive RPA knowledge to design and develop technical solutions.
• Foster an innovative and exciting environment within the team with practical implementation of solutions.
• Research, learn, experiment, and implement various automation techniques to solve existing and new problems.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to design for new and change existing solutions in response to evolving business needs.
