JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with a strong background in computer science, web development (front and back-end), and statistics to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer science background, with expertise in applying these principles to UX/UI design and software development lifecycle and application development.
• Proficiency in frameworks including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, and Figma
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar.
• Demonstrated skills in agile development with CI/CD fundamentals.
• Preferred knowledge of technical areas such as Snowflake, Python, Spark, R, Shiny, and Jupyter.
• Solid understanding of data management approaches, including relational databases, data schemas, object stores, column stores, and/or document stores.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate work products in a cross-functional matrix environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated creativity in identifying optimized user experiences for customer success in adoption.
  This position offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home.
  Travel requirements for this role are rare, but occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
