Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership in CRM Development: Spearhead CRM development initiatives by technically guiding the development team. Focus on architecture and code quality while working closely with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in line with the strategic technical vision and roadmap.
- CRM Product Backlog Management: Take a hands-on approach to manage the CRM product backlog. Ensure clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria for backlog items, balancing new features, operational improvements, and bug fixes to maximize product functionality and performance.
- Release Planning and Management: Develop detailed technical release plans for CRM enhancements, considering financial costs and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Coordinate with technical leads and delivery teams to set achievable technical goals, manage interdependencies, and align release schedules.
- Technical Collaboration and Refinement: Engage continuously with the development team and technical experts to refine Product Backlog Items, focusing on technical details necessary for precise estimation and effective sprint planning.
- Sprint Management and Technical Support: Set clear technical priorities and goals for sprints, providing technical support and guidance to the development team to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality code and feature integration.
- Quality Assurance and Technical Review: Maintain high standards of quality for CRM deliverables by technically reviewing sprint backlog items. Provide detailed technical feedback to the development team and actively participate in agile events to align technical deliverables with overarching product goals.
- Cross-functional Technical Coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration for the execution of CRM initiatives, ensuring technical alignment across departments for sprint reviews, user acceptance testing, and feature rollouts.
- Technical Team Development: Champion technical skill development within the CRM team. Promote a culture of continuous technical learning and improvement, encouraging technical mastery, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving to build a robust, high-performing team
