YOUR MISSION

Here at Wandelbots, we want to accelerate the development of robotic applications. For that, we are looking for your help in supporting our users. They are developers, who want to use our platform to build modern applications for industrial automation, and we want to enable and guide them on their way. If you have experience as a developer and are looking for new challenges beyond writing code, you can help us to build and grow a technical support team, and to improve the product by working with our product and engineering teams.
Your mission is to help our customers to draw the maximum value out of our product.

• Our users will contact us through various channels. You work with them to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our operating system, SDKs, and APIs.
• You gather knowledge about our product by using it yourself, interacting closely with the Customer Success, Product, Project, and Engineering teams.
• You extract insights from your interactions with customers, you suggest product improvements, and you provide input to our documentation.
• You facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and developer workshops to educate developers on best practices, new features, and advanced techniques.
• You are an active part of our developer community, engaging in discussions, providing help and guidance.
• You help us grow and streamline our technical support to increase support efficiency and developer satisfaction.
