Description:

eJam is in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to our e-commerce initiatives. This role focuses on the implementation of visual web designs and user interfaces mostly using WebFlow and Checkoutchamp tools. You will be responsible for turning wireframes, Figma or Photoshop designs into functional and visually appealing web pages. And leading team of developers by coordinating daily team activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual, eager to excel in a fast-paced and growth-centric setting. We’re looking for someone who understands full-stack development best practices, is deadline-oriented, and detail-focused, and has thrived in a remote role.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (Shopify, webflow and Checkoutchamp experience is a plus!)
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team of developers
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
  • Experience optimizing page speed and load time.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A self-starter with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Must be available during off hours in case of emergency

  • Convert Figma and Photoshop designs into functional web pages using Webflow and Checkoutchamp
  • Implement responsive web designs that are compatible across various browsers and devices.
  • Optimize website performance through coding best practices and SEO
  • Debug any issues affecting website performance
  • Conduct A/B tests to glean user behavior insights and apply them for improvements
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in the field of front-end development
  • Implement proper UTM tracking across multiple pages within a sales funnel
  • Coordinating daily activities for developer team
  • Participating in weekly sprint planning sessions
  • Supporting developer team on new challenges
