- Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Full Cycle Accounting
- Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Real Estate Industry
- Must Have Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Advanced Experience with Reporting Tools and Advanced Excel is an Advantage to this roleGood Leadership is required for this role

Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance management.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling bank and credit card statements.
- Manage sales taxes in both USA and Canada jurisdictions.
- Enhance operational efficiency by updating ERP system modules, such as Newstar.
- Evaluate sales patterns, promotional effectiveness, product return rates, month-on-hand analysis, and landed cost reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with ASPE and USA laws.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective management practices.Establish pricing strategies to meet contribution targets and desired sales velocity.
