Development Analyst (FTC)

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering performance analysis of potential developments, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities. You will work closely with the investment, development, asset management and leasing teams to produce robust analysis to support decision making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare development appraisals of potential purchases of office, retail, logistics or mixed-use developments.
• Provide analysis for ad hoc projects, including potential acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, or alternate investment structures.
• Assess the impact of capital structures and debt financing on potential investments.
• Support management with ad hoc analysis related to our portfolios’ performance.
• Provide input into the annual IRR forecast process, including analysis using our Anaplan forecasting models.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and financial outcomes, or highlight problem areas.
• Produce clear, insightful output to include in relevant Investment Committee or Board papers.
• Liaise with, and develop positive working relationships with, relevant stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements.
• Designing, building, using and adapting existing Excel-based appraisal models to run financial appraisals to meet tight deadlines.
