REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

  • Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and one (1) to four (4) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. (Equivalency 5-8 years of qualifying training and/or experience).
  • Two (2) years of experience in developing BI applications and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: You do not need to have the following preferred qualifications/ transferable skills to qualify. However, keep in mind we may consider some or all of the following when identifying the most qualified candidates.

  • T-SQL Experience (writing/modifying/deploying/executing T-SQL)
  • Experience with data visualization software, specifically Tableau Desktop, SSRS, PowerBI, and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps or Subversion.
  • Experience with Epic data models (Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity).
  • Working in Agile development principles and practices.
  • Cross functional collaboration with IT resources on upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to flex style when faced with myriad dimensions of culture in order to be effective across cultural context.
  • Respect and appreciation for ethnic and cultural diversity.
  • Ability to apply an equity, intersectional and anti-racist lens.
  • Ability to identify barriers in mental health services systems and to work collaboratively to disrupt oppressive systems.
