Development Analyst

The Ascott Limited Europe is seeking a detail orientated, multi-skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our European Development team as a Business Development Analyst, to support the spearheading of growth for our portfolio across various assets classes for Europe.
Reporting to a Business Development Director, you will be based at either our UK Corporate Office (Barbican, London) or France Corporate Office (Levallois-Perret, Paris), with regular local and international travel as part of the job. You will have the following responsibilities:

• Fluent in English and an additional language [German, Spanish, Italian, French] (writing and speaking)
• Master/ Degree in Real Estate/ Finance/ Business Administration from leading university, preferably with good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
• Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience with real estate/ financial institutions/ developer
• Possess sharp analytical, research, problem solving skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to support negotiating transactions
• Resourceful, hands-on and committed to delivering results, able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines
• Good knowledge of the dynamics of the marketing and operational aspects of the hospitality sector
• Strong team player and able to work independently and autonomously
• Proficiency in Office 365 suite particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Comfort interacting with all levels of personnel and at ease with different cultures in Europe and globall
