Responsibilities:

The Development and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing our fire and life safety team by fostering the professional growth of our technicians and ensuring compliance with the latest codes and standards. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of training programs on new product technologies, code changes, and local enforcement practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and life safety systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing education and compliance.
