WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

We cover the real time data feeds for all Exchange in EMEA region including premium markets like London Stock Exchange or Nasdaq Nordic!
Development Business Analysts collect and document business, technical and data - related requirements for internally developed software applications.
We are also responsible for testing the data/market logic accuracy of those software applications and supporting them through the release cycle into production environment.

SOME OF EVERYDAY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

• Elicit and write project documentation including functional project requirements, white papers, change notifications.
• Work with content managers, exchange managers and liaise with the Stock Exchange contacts to understand the impact of the technical changes on our real time data products.
• Investigate technical service issues, analyse the software behaviour looking for bugs and help address customer queries.
• Perform UAT as well as regression testing for the software delivered by development team.

Depending on the nature of the project, we undertake a combination of project management, technical implementation, and testing tasks.

• 2+ years of experience within a financial market data related environment,
• Several years’ experience working with environments that communicate system to system, with limited end-user displays available,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Previous experience with Real-Time data systems,
• Experience of management tools like JIRA,
• Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to acclimate quickly to unfamiliar environments
