Description:

In 2025 Oxford will open its new home for humanities, the state-of-the-art Stephen A Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities. This is an opportunity to join the University’s Humanities Development team as we work to secure philanthropic support for scholarships, academics and the capital project.
The University of Oxford is a stimulating work environment, which enjoys an international reputation as a world-class centre of excellence. Our research plays a key role in tackling many global challenges, from reducing our carbon emissions to developing vaccines during a pandemic.
The Humanities development team are looking to recruit a highly effective Development Coordinator. This is a vital administrative role at the heart of the University’s fundraising team for the Humanities, a successful and supportive group.
Oxford is the world’s leading university for humanities teaching and research, and it was named ‘University of the Year 2023’ by The Times Good University Guide. The University’s scholarship in languages, literature, history, philosophy, religion & the arts – from the earliest civilisation to the present day – enriches our understanding of humankind, and informs how we engage with historic issues and contemporary concerns.

  • You will be agile and adaptable, able to work on your own initiative, and confident working in a fast-paced work environment.
