Description:
Do you want to influence how the world of electric cars will look like and participate in development projects for the world’s most prestigious car companies?
As a member of a larger development and implementation team, you will apply your very good engineering skills to drive the development and launch of new electric power train technologies. Focus on invertor integration into full electric powertrain in cooperation with international cross-functional project teams. You will work with development engineers across different departments and be responsible for delivering and communicating results internally and to customers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other related engineering field
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical product development or similar activities in the automotive industry, with OEM customers or suppliers, or in an engineering center
- Knowledge of mechanical design and electrical engineering
- Awareness of functional safety requirements (Functional Safety, Authorization of competency in electrical engineering (NV194/2022)
- Fluent English - you will use it daily in spoken and written form
- Experience of working within an international teamDriving licence category B and willingness to travel approx. 10% of the time
Responsibilities:
- Technically lead the development of a new electric powertrain solution in collaboration with internal departments based on customer requirements.
- Determine product specifications and operating limits
- Coordinate specialized development teams (design, calculation, prototype shop, test lab, and other specialists).
- Define product validation and handover requirements (building prototypes, setting up test conditions), analyzing test results.Collaborate with application teams, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and customers.
