Job Description
As the Development Lead for MDM S4 Interfaces, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the technical development of our Master Data Management (MDM) solution for SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on interfaces. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Platform Integration, CAP, SAP PI/PO, Message Brokers (e.g., Solace), ETL tools (e.g., Talend), Java/Node.js, Microservices Architecture, S/4HANA Cloud, and database structure and development. A strong understanding of integration architecture and technologies, as well as low-code/no-code platforms, is essential.
  • Development Skills: Expertise in one or more BTP extension technologies, such as CAP, RAP, ABAP Environment, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, and Workflow Management.
  • Tools: Proficiency with SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT), SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Build Apps, LeanIX, Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools.
  • Mindset: UX-driven, with a strong focus on user and customer needs, combined with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Methodology: Proven experience working in agile environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Personality: Strong communicator with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.

    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Design and develop detailed IT concepts for SAP S/4HANA, working in collaboration with ERP, PIM, and other applications. Manage end-to-end technical interface implementations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
  • Customer Orientation: Gain a deep understanding of business processes and customer requirements. Evaluate technical needs and assist in the creation of proofs of concept and prototypes.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality MDM solutions through rigorous acceptance testing, focusing on unit tests, usability, and performance. Identify and implement opportunities for optimization.
  • S/4HANA Participation: Engage with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, Fiori, and low-code/no-code development. Oversee IT product and service changes, including release planning and version management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the IT Application Support Service Manager and Process Consultant to follow established processes and templates.
