ABOUT THE TEAM

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Development Lead to take charge of a high-performing development team and drive the architecture and implementation of complex technical solutions for a high-load project. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills to ensure the team’s effectiveness and project success. The ideal candidate should be capable of both managing a team and contributing to the technical development process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of development experience in PHP or Golang and at least 3 years of experience in JavaScript development using popular frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, system design, and key programming patterns.
  • Experience in building high-load projects and familiarity with CI/CD principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to set clear goals, communicate effectively, and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrated skills in team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong active listening, feedback, and collaboration abilities to foster a productive and positive team environment.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively, maximizing team members’ strengths and fostering individual growth.
  • Experience in identifying obstacles, implementing process improvements, and making decisions in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Set clear team objectives and provide the resources and guidance needed to achieve a minimum of 80% of quarterly goals.
  • Design and maintain a robust, scalable, and high-quality project architecture aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Drive the design and development of services that meet high-load requirements, ensuring stability, reliability, and efficiency in production environments.
  • Identify and implement improvements to development processes, enhancing team efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders to support the team’s objectives and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, and provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex development tasks.
  • Set and monitor team goals, provide ongoing feedback, and support team members in achieving both personal and project objectives.
  • Formulate a development roadmap that outlines the necessary steps to ensure the long-term quality and success of the product.
