• An in-depth knowledge and proven track record working with creative talent. Specifically, experience with writers, creators and showrunners.
• An ability to communicate and present story pitches and ideas in an enthusiastic, professional manner both verbally and in writing.
• A calm approach to all situations and an ability to problem solve quickly, creatively and logically.
• A keen understanding and ability to analyze story structure, character, world building, genres and formats.
• A love of and knowledge about the current kids’ entertainment landscape with a passion for toys and imaginative play, and a desire and drive to learn more!
• An ability to put creativity, excellency, peer culture and having fun first, over ego and mediocrity.
• An organized and detail-oriented approach to project management and an ability to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
