ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced professional in Property Development to join our team on a full-time ongoing basis.
The Development Manager is responsible for providing management and oversight to ensure professional property development and project management services are of quality. They will also manage the financial sustainability and timely delivery of Baptcare property development projects (including Residential Aged Care, Retirement Villages, and Affordable Housing) to positively support the delivery of Baptcare’s property related growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Major Projects - Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Affordable Housing Development Delivery
Development and Business Information and Approvals - Internal and External
Proactive collaboration with other divisions within Baptcare, outside the organisation and other market players, government agencies and other peak bodies
