As our new Development Manager, you will, together with other leaders in Dalux Development, shape and develop our organization, processes, and the product.

• People Management: Ensure your developers are motivated, engaged, and able to grow professionally. All Development Managers are also a central part of our cross-department recruitment effort.
• Continuous Improvement: Working within the framework of Dalux’ best practices, you are encouraged and expected to bring your ideas for improving the development process and have a positive impact on your teams’ way of working.
• Change Management: All our Leaders contribute to developing Dalux’ organization by driving projects and initiatives – e.g. improve our developer infrastructure, architecture, tooling, or innovation process
