Responsibilities

We are looking for a Development Manager for our team in SAP Cloud ALM Implementation.
You will lead and manage an engineering team in Sankt Leon Rot, Germany. You will take care of people management in all its aspects (hiring, performance and talent management including goal setting, motivation, coaching and development of individuals and teams, plan and manage skill development, etc.).
As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of software engineers in a cloud-native environment. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions, ensuring that our CI/CD practices and DevOps principles are at the core of our development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment on project goals Your role will involve aligning development strategies with business objectives while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
