ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting a ‘Development Manager’ to join our property team on a permanent basis. This role will be home based with no daily requirement to attend the office but the appointed candidate will be required to attend meetings across our North West office’s (Didsbury, Liverpool and Accrington) as the business requires.
The purpose of this role is to lead on implementing the Growth Strategy and to source and appraise new opportunities in line with the organisation’s development and growth strategies to support the delivery of development programme targets. To create and maintain excellent relationships with key partners including local authorities, Homes England, developers, contractors and agents. To lead on establishing formal partnerships and JVs.
