We are embarking on a significant investment programme to enhance our hotels across the UK, Guernsey, and Ireland. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to lead the delivery of our ambitious programme of work. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to the enhancement of our luxury hotel collection. This role will be reporting into the Projects Director and CEO.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in a relevant field (Design, Construction, Project Management, etc.) and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in project management, preferably within the design or construction industry.
Working pattern: Full time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000.00 (but level of experience will be considered)
