Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Development Manager Skate will be heavily involved in driving the commercial strategies, initiatives and geographic operations ,with responsibility for customer relations, Distribution partners, sales revenues ,margins and distribution within their territory. This is in conjunction with working closely with other departments such as New Product Development ,Merchandising & Marketing to achieve set objectives.
Developing new business & maximising sales & profitability whilst identifying and executing potential areas of growth in line with Shiner’s objectives is paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • The face of the brand within the territory.
  • Management of all commercial responsibilities within the ROE (POL/BUL/HUN/CZ/CR/GR ) and Benelux.
  • Identify and open new markets not serviced by Shiner or the brands.
  • Hands on approach and participates actively and negotiates directly with relevant new and existing accounts.
  • Demonstrates Best Practice and Business Acumen , setting the example for the local team and external partners.
  • Developing Sales Plans in conjunction with Sales Management and Head of Regions.
  • Actively driving exposure of NHS and Delux brands in agreed markets.
  • Is accountable for the customer satisfaction in the territory (service, deliveries and order book management)
  • Aligns with marketing team to maximise brand activations in the territory such as trade marketing with the accounts, local events, social media and PR activation
  • Assists SD/Merchandising on Seasonal Forecasting and buy planning.
  • Involved in future range development using market knowledge inline with the common Company strategic workshops
  • Motivate, educate and evaluate the personal in the territory.
  • Communicates all relevant topics or the territory into internal teams.
