As our Development Manager you will supervise our development team, contribute with strategic planning and also contribute to deliver high quality software and documentation. You will be a part of an international and cross-functional team and work with diverse technologies.

Responsibilities:
- University degree in Software Engineering or similar or long, verifiable experience in the field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with software development projects.
- Work experience with agile methodology like Scrum is an advantage.
- Great communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
- Teamwork oriented but also confident to work on your own.
- Strong “Can-do-attitude”, fearless, proactive and driven.
- Structured, organized and great communicator.
- Passionate about innovation.
- Knowledge about and interest for creating integrations between systems
- People skills - experience leading other people
