As our Development Manager you will supervise our development team, contribute with strategic planning and also contribute to deliver high quality software and documentation. You will be a part of an international and cross-functional team and work with diverse technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • University degree in Software Engineering or similar or long, verifiable experience in the field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with software development projects.
  • Work experience with agile methodology like Scrum is an advantage.
  • Great communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
  • Teamwork oriented but also confident to work on your own.
  • Strong “Can-do-attitude”, fearless, proactive and driven.
  • Structured, organized and great communicator.
  • Passionate about innovation.
  • Knowledge about and interest for creating integrations between systems
  • People skills - experience leading other people
