Description & Requirements
The DevOps Engineer will help define Infor’s SaaS ERP products to develop, test, deploy, monitor and fix any critical issues. Use automation for release and deployments and collaborate with development and other teams to ensure quality software deployment to multi-tenant cloud production environment. Work on-call rotation to monitor and support/fix customer issues, security/vulnerabilities and take quick actions to fix those effectively.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Maintaining and supporting ERP applications within a cloud environment
• Monitoring applications, creating dashboards
• Agile developing, Sprint planning and JIRA to track the issues
• Developing process, preparing detail process documents and running books to be followed
• Troubleshooting skills in the technologies surrounding cloud delivery or container services
• DEMO and knowledge sharing with other teams

Basic Qualifications:

• Creating, debugging CI/CD pipelines
• Experience on Data Analytics using AWS Quicksight or other Powerbi tools
• Application services including Lambda, Step Functions and AWS SDKs
• Experience with Git/Gitlab, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in or with a regulated industry, where compliance or security is critical

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent professional work experience in field
