YOUR FUTURE, AS A DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY LEADER (CLINICAL) AT MYDENTIST

You’ll be joining our Learning and Development Team

• The role is permanent and full time
• Hybrid working arrangements - will include working from home/visiting practices and some travel to Manchester to our Academy
• Supportive and experienced team

PEOPLE

• Build, nurture and manage a stakeholder network across the organisation, monitoring agreed projects versus expectations.
• Through strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Support Centre and Practices, seeking their input, gaining their buy in to support our learning and development culture.
• Build strong external networks and relationships to education settings and training providers, bringing in external thinking and innovative learning solutions.
• Share ideas and proposals with stakeholders, offers guidance and support to clinical and P&S development and support thinking.
• Implement an alumnus of existing and previous clinical students, building peer-to-peer coaching/mentoring ecosystem and supports those currently undertaking these development programmes.
• Define early development pathways in conjunction with the Recruitment and HR teams to support the People Plan and to support high performing colleagues.
