Description:
YOUR SKILL SET
- Master or Graduate degree (preferably economics or psychology), further educatinon on development of learning offerings for adults i.e. SVEB
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Relevant experience / knowledge about Learning Technology tools.
- Strong communication Skills (e.g. presentation skills, presence, active listening) and collaborations Skills (e.g. team-oriented, ability to build trust, reliability, inclusive behaviour, networking skills, negotiation skills).
- Fluent in English, German and/or French a plus.
- Experience with leadership, retention, development of Employees/Teams (e.g. organisational, coordination and delegation skills, inspiration).
