YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As the HR Development Specialist, you will start your day by assessing the training needs of our organization, collaborating with department heads to identify areas of growth. You will design and implement engaging onboarding and skills development programs for both employees and customers, ensuring everyone is set up for success. Using a range of formats like group discussions, lectures, and even videos, you’ll present these programs in creative and interactive ways. You’ll evaluate the effectiveness of your training sessions through feedback and assessments, always looking for ways to enhance your programs. Some days, you’ll create or acquire new training materials, while others might be spent researching the best training options for specific needs.
