KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and secure approval for capital investment cases aligned with the asset management strategy, capitalizing on commercial opportunities to drive increased revenue.
  • Oversee cases from inception through key stages, including viability, feasibility, authorization, planning permission, design, construction oversight (managed by others), marketing, and customer handover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agents, consultants, and advisors to ensure project specifications align with market demand and maximize commercial returns.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities with developers, investors, and neighboring property occupiers to enhance value from investment projects.
  • Monitor and coordinate all required consents to ensure the successful delivery of investment projects.

Responsibilities:
