Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Development Lead to oversee a team of skilled developers, manage the full software development lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and contribute to key architectural decisions.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Manage and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance are maintained.
• Drive architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within the set timelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools, and apply them where relevant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the team.
• Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code when needed to contribute directly to the project’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or additional certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or management.
  Additional Information

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: Proven experience of 10+ Years experience of development and also worked on the role of development Lead, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
• Desired: Extensive experience in leading teams in large-scale software projects and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong proficiency in JAVA, Dot Net, low/code no code platform & Mobile applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and DevOps practices.
