Fondée en 1995 à Montréal, MICROCOM #Technologies propose des services de stratégie et de gestion informatique, spécialisés dans les infrastructures TIC et les solutions logicielles de gestion pour les PME.
Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recherchons un.e Développeur.euse fullStack Odoo Sénior pour venir renforcer nos équipes. Votre rôle aura un impact concret sur notre transformation numérique de nombreuses PME.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• 10 ans d’expérience en développement

• 
  
• 5 ans en accompagnement de déploiement de la solution Odoo.

• Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou toute autre formation pertinente
• Maîtrise des technologies Python, javascript, sql et technologies web (HTML, CSS)
• Bonne connaissance de la culture PME
• Curiosité, débrouillardise, et intelligence de situation
• Excellente communication en Français et en Anglais
• Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks web Python
• Connaissance de PostgreSQL, un atout
• Familiarité avec les méthodologies de développement Agile
• Connaissance de Git et des pratiques DevOps
• Connaissance d’autres ERP un plus

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Odoo Fullstack Developer to strengthen our team. As an ERP Developer, your role will have a tangible impact on the digital transformation of numerous SMEs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in development
• 5 + years supporting the deployment of Odoo solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Strong understanding of SME culture
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, and situational intelligence
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Expertise in Python and Python web frameworks
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Git and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of other ERPs is a plus

Lieu du poste : Télétravail hybride à Montréal, QC H1W 4A

As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of our Odoo solutions. You will work closely with our technical team and clients to create innovative and effective solutions.
Within a team of 12 people, your responsibilities will include the design and implementation of new modules and the customization of existing features.

Handling the full technical scope of Odoo (Back Python/Front JS/Database/REST API), your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing new Odoo modules and functionalities based on business and functional specifications provided by Analysts
• Writing high-quality, well-documented code in both closed and open source (Git/Github)
• Enhancing Odoo’s technical foundations (emails/CRM/notifications)
• Customizing and configuring Odoo to best meet business needs
• Participating in complex integrations between Odoo and other production applications or cloud services
• Defining, estimating, and planning tasks
• Testing and validating deliverables to ensure quality
• Ensuring regular maintenance, migrations, and updates of Odoo
• Providing technical support to Super Users
