Would you like to be part of DHL IT Services? Our Pricing DevOps team is looking for a new team member. You will deliver DevOps support for part of a given business area to DHL countries/ functions, in order to ensure the maximum availability of these services to the business and the smooth deployment of new or improved services with minimal disruption to business continuity.

• Providing technical support and expertise for our critical applications.
• Solving incidents based on tickets, take care of a proper monitoring of the system and implement CR’s after the Go Live of a product.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our applications, including their functionality, architecture, and integration points.
• Providing second/third level day-to-day operation support and help investigate and resolve incidents.
• Proactively monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures to optimize performance and reliability.
• Participating in the implementation of software upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users
