We are looking for a DevOps Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Reporting to the IT Manager, DevOps, this position is responsible to develop, maintain and support the organizations infrastructure, hardware, hosting services and network areas, other highlights include:

  • Manages medium to high complexity network and server environments and performs upgrades, monitors, troubleshoots and fixes to Virtual Machines, Azure network appliances and software problems.
  • Participates in global opportunities and provides support for national and international customers, as well supports with the evaluation, selection, development and integration of systems and applications.
  • Supports in the development of IT Strategies in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as in the establishment and maintenance of policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration, use, security controls and disaster recovery.
  • Participates in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft DevOps including Infrastructure as code.
  • Monitors and manages Azure network and server performance and prepares statistics reports.
  • Monitors and maintains Public Cloud infrastructure resources using Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
  • Conducts research and makes recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
  • Identifies and implements redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets.

What you’ll need:

  • Typically, the required education and experience and is attained through a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience working within a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosing service and network areas.
  • Experience with Public Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated infrastructure solutions using Terraform, ARM templates and Ansible playbooks
  • In-depth understanding of Infrastructure and Configuration as Code
  • Strong knowledge of the Azure Product line, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure AD, AAD Connect, Azure DevOps, applications, monitoring, SQL, Storage, network, etc.
  • Deep understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols and familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other network services using (Azure Firewall, Cisco and Forigate).
  • Intermediate understanding of CI/CD (preferably using Azure DevOps Services)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and experience building strong working relationships with others.
