You will join to a team to integrate SaaS components with 5G Core elements on AWS and provide a marketable solution. The team responsibility is to deploy SaaS framework and 5G Core network on public cloud, integrate and test the solution and work out the automation for all the steps.
The NokiaCloudPlatform (NCP) is built upon the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), a containerization platform developed by Red Hat. This platform empowers organizations to seamlessly develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications across hybrid cloud environments. OpenShift Container Platform streamlines the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications through automated features and built-in support for Kubernetes orchestration. Additionally, it provides developers with user-friendly tools and an extensive ecosystem of containerized services and middleware.

Our team is utilizing NCP as the primary infrastructure for Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs). We are conducting validation tests on various hardware platforms, such as HP and Dell, and developing a comprehensive blueprint solution encompassing deployment procedures, configuration details, and documentation.
It is also our responsibility to automate the steps that arise during the platform blueprinting process and ensure that the platform can be deployed automatically. Additionally, the tests must also be run automatically on it.

The automation steps must also be documented and organized into a version-controlled, sustainable system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automation and testing
• Good understanding of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of any scripting language
• Good analytical skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Crossplane is a significant advantage
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OCP is considered as a big advantage
• Experience with HW or Infrastructure certification is a plusLinux
