LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• English: Very good knowledge
• French and/or Dutch: Important plus

EDUCATION:

• Masters degree or equivalent experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the banking/insurance sector is an asset
• Expertise in implementing continuous build, integration, and deployment systems
• Strong development profile with proven coaching experience
• Understanding of the SDLC
• Experience with Agile development teams
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with source code (SVN/Git) and artefact repositories (Nexus)
• Experience with code scanning tools (Sonar/Fortify) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in various Agile frameworks
• Experience in impact mapping, story mapping, example mapping
• Experience with different software development models
• Experience in administration, setup, and maintenance of continuous build and integration platforms

• Collaborate with different squads to assess their current DevOps practices, tools, and workflows.
• Define and implement customized DevOps roadmaps for each squad, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on support to squads in the adoption and integration of DevOps tools and practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Monitor and review the progress of each squad’s DevOps journey, providing guidance and adjustments as needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, automation, and innovation within the teams.
