The Role
As a Dev Ops Engineer in our Software Engineering department, you will collaborate with our QA Automation Engineering and Development teams. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Dev Ops Engineer who enjoys the challenge of solving tough problems in a dynamic environment. This individual is a self-learner, thrives at automating environments, problem solving and is motivated by doing what is right for our products.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the quality assurance automation team, and developers to determine requirements, implement solutions and environments to ensure products can be thoroughly tested.
  • Continually maintain detailed tracking of work activities, risk, and future work for planning purposes.
  • You live and breathe product reliability, uptime, and pride yourself on proactively anticipating issues, creating solutions, and solving problems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in the design and maintenance of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) systems to support critical services
  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of services and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure AZDO Build pipelines, Github Actions or AWS Code pipelines.
  • Experience using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef and other infrastructure as code management solutions.
  • Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, ESO and other container management solutions.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, willing and eager to dig into existing work and make improvements.
  • PowerShell and other Scripting languages.
  • Comfortable on both a Linux and Windows command line.

Nice To Have

  • Experience maintaining Github action agents and agent pools.
  • Experience using Git for source control.
  • Familiarity with common virtualization solutions.
  • Security Knowledge: This is what we do. You may not know everything related to security, but you know what security customers want, and how to make sure they get it. You have a strong desire to learn as much as possible about network security.
  • Agile team experience: Working as a team in scrums, sprints & retrospectives.
