DevOps Engineer

DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and streamline build, test, and release processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Ensure security best practices are followed and incorporate security measures into the DevOps workflow.

Requirements

• Graduation in IT area or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex IT system infrastructures and architectures technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowing how to adapt the communication model to different interlocutors
• Effective leadership with strategic thinking and long-term vision
• Excellent structuring and complex problem solving skills
• Eager to be a lifelong learner, curious, confident and team player
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Passion for making things happen and getting excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems at pace.
