Description:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated systems that streamline software development processes.
You will work closely with software engineers, system administrators, and IT teams to build efficient, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports our digital platforms and services.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Automation & Management

  • design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • develop automation scripts for system management
  • implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

CI/CD Pipeline Development

  • design and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth application delivery
  • automate testing, deployment, and scaling
  • work with dev teams to integrate features and ensure code quality

Monitoring & Optimization

  • implement monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • identify and resolve system bottlenecks and performance issues
  • optimize resource usage for cost-efficiency, maintaining scalability

Security & Compliance

  • ensure DevOps processes follow security best practices
  • work with security team to address vulnerabilities
  • maintain compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

Collaboration & Support

  • collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions
  • provide guidance on building scalable and secure infrastructure
  • participate in on-call rotation and handle critical issues
