Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

The purpose of the DevOps Lead is to create and manage automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently and deploying it automatically at the system level. The core responsibility is to transform and extend CICD pipeline from software to the system, to establishes and maintains automation and traceability of the deployment of the final product.
The ideal candidate will be someone with strong technical skills, experience, problem solving skills and leadership abilities to support the organization’s DevSecOps transformation.
This role will interface closely with software engineering, system engineering and delivery. This person will lead initiatives to identify existing gaps, to propose pragmatic solutions and ensure their delivery.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Designing, implementing and Documenting the CI/CD for OneSky Software’s and System
  • Defining and implementing the architecture to support the integration and automation of the deployment of our product and solutions on all target platforms
  • Setting continuous deployment goals and metrics with automation to support various teams
  • Defining and enforcing best practices in terms of automation (e.g. scripting, structure of the script repos, source control, branching strategy, reviews, etc.)
  • Anticipating and managing key risks, issues and opportunities, proposing effective solutions, executing mitigation actions and reporting on outcomes, cost savings and residual risks
  • Leading the organization’s DevSecOps transformation
