$120,400.00 - $287,600.00

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) experienc

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Sr Lead Digital Product Manager (CI/CD Controls / Secure Software Supply Chain) to own the alignment of the DevOps Toolchain Security vision and roadmap and collaborate with the product team, product area team, and delivery teams to experiment, discover and deliver on the product vision.

The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is leading the transformation in a multi-cloud technology landscape by developing and delivering innovative products that delight our customers and speed to market banking products to our customers. The Technology Enablement & Pipeline (TEP) team within CTO has a critical role in driving this transformation and a key responsibility for the Enterprise Pipeline and its Operational Support, across all applications in the Wells Fargo Enterprise.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to incorporate and prioritize key findings into the product area backlog.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
  • Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
