SOUNDS NICE? CHECK THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

€35,000 - €45,000 a year

• Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus & Career Development plan based on performance and achievement of KPIs/Results.
• The role is Full-Time and Hybrid as ZURU Tech has an office first approach, relocation is preferred either in Milan or Modena (Italy).
• Preferred right to work in Italy as we would like to fill the role as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the automation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will take the lead in building and maintaining the systems that empower ZURU Tech to continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll influence key decisions, mentor peers, and tackle technical challenges across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Unreal Engine that build, test and deploy our main BIM software.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Go to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack.
• Work on a flat DevOps team formed by experts.
