Description:
As the operator of our own data center, we manage many public and private clouds and managed platforms for well-known customers from various industries. We are looking for a DevOps System Engineer - Linux (f/m/d) in Regensburg to strengthen our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge of Linux environments (e.g. CentOS/RedHat)
- In-depth knowledge of virtualization solutions (e.g. XEN, RHEV)
- Knowledge of load balancing and failover solutions
- Practice with firewalls (IPtables, pfSense or similar)
- Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, Galera)
- Enjoy working independently and in a team
- Structured and organized way of working

Responsibilities:
- You support the conception, support and development of managed platforms.
- You control the platforms based on common virtualization solutions and modern container technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- You will manage highly available platforms in conjunction with central storage solutions.
- You work closely with technical project managers of customer projects and coordinate with them.
