The DevOps Technical Lead is responsible for technical leadership of the DevOps team responsible for the configuration, deployment, monitoring/troubleshooting and maintenance of the Services Delivery Platform web applications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
- Five or more years of DevOps experience with a focus on Microservices deployment and maintenance.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of portal software, design, and development.
- Experience of technical leadership of offshore DevOps personnel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 to 5 years of experience working inside DevOps organization.
- Prior experience determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Good technical documentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management
- Use organizational skills to determine prioritization and appropriate multitasking.
- Focus on scope, tone, and quality of processes and their respective documentation, as well as the associated goals, priorities, deadlines, and weaknesses.
- Ability to work independently, with supervision, on a project of varying complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership for the team of 4 remote DevOps engineers, focusing on the automation, building scalable and extendable pipelines and monitoring for the development teams.
- Manage AWS assets, AWS cost management.
- Create infrastructure/pipelines for new services (SpringBoot, Python, Angular).
- Deploy services on DEV/STAGE/PROD environments.
- Manage the installation and configuration of solutions.
- Troubleshoot failure cases on Dev/UAT and Prod environments.
- Monitor health and metrics using Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch tools.
- Refactor pipelines, scripts to make them stable and reusable.
- Document utilized approaches and solutions.
- Participate in discussions about solutions to support developer applications and needs.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and help to resolve technical issues they are facing.
- Participate in release management process across development teams.
- Deploy code and troubleshoot any issue that arises.

- Will be plus: experience with Kubernetes, GPU/CUDA, WebRTC, Forgerock AM
