One important step is to move towards a DevOps operating model and to transform the Technology Group into an even more modern, value-adding and fit for purpose way of working. We are looking for a DevOps Transformation Engineer (f/m/d). This role is essential for driving the transition towards state-of-the-art and product centric teams. This role supports the teams in the design, implementation and improvement of the CI/CD and cloud architecture. This role provides hands-on technical support to product teams, enabling faster and more reliable deployments. By implementing and optimizing DevOps practices, the DevOps Transformation Engineer ensures smoother operations, higher quality releases, and a more agile development process.

  • Consult product teams in their journey to become a DevOps powered unit that leverages state-of-the-art software development and operations practices
  • Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines to optimize release processes
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of Dev & Test environments and establish Infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Implement automated testing to ensure high quality of delivered features
  • Organize and conduct hackathons to support product teams in their DevOps transformation

authentic & ambitious – Your profile

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role
  • Proficiency with Git and Git workflows, OpenShift, Kubernetes (Docker), Public Cloud (Azure, AWS & GCP), and Linux
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices and good knowledge of relevant tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker
  • Deploy applications, microservices, and infrastructure components using automation tools
  • Coordinate software releases - ensuring smooth transitions between development, staging, and production environments
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
  • Ability to consult and provide hands-on guidance for colleagues and management
  • Proficiency in English
