Job Expectations
An exciting opportunity as presented itself at nbn as a DevSecOps Enablement Manager reporting to Technology Domain Manager.
A bit about your role
As the Enablement Manager for Inventory and Build, you will oversee the delivery, deployment, and operational performance of systems within a technology domain. You will utilise your technical expertise and lead an agile team.
In the role of People Manager, you will manage and evaluate individuals to ensure they are equipped with necessary resources to perform their role.
In the role of Scrum Master, you will perform a servant leadership role and implement effective Lean-Agile practices. You will promote a safe and secure environment so that the team can meet their delivery goals.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in team and people management, DevSecOps, and deep technical knowledge in IT delivery. Familiarity with Appian and Primavera P6 is highly valued.
You have experience working in agile teams and a thorough understanding of developer tool concepts, such as GitHub and Jenkins. Moreover, experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and proficiency in programming languages with Java or Python will be ideal.
You have thoughtful leadership, exceptional communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and foster a collaborative working environment.
