Description:
DFG TECHNICAL OFFICER
Salary/Grade: Grade 8 - £30,060 to £32,654 - appointing to top of career grade
Contract Type: Permanent – 37 hours per week
Location: NEDDC, District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield S42 6NG and Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4JY.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Current knowledge of legislation and codes of practice relating to relevant work area.
- Good level of housing and construction knowledge
- An understanding of Building Regulations applicable to domestic dwellings and CDM Regulations
