Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Dialogflow developer to join our team and help us build conversational AI solutions for our clients. As a Dialogflow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbots and virtual agents using Google’s Dialogflow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing Google CCAI Dialogflow CX.
  • Create custom components to enhance the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations.
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP), LLM and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to improve chatbot comprehension and response capabilities.
  • Integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs for smooth data exchange and interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing logs and debugging code.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with the Google CCAI Bot framework.
  • Proficiency in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI.
  • Expertise in utilizing LLM (playbook - the new feature in Dialogflow CX) alongside the traditional Dialogflow CX.
  • Proficient in Python programming language and JavaScript.
  • Experience with automated testing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with integrating web services.
  • Experience in architecting and building AI-powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft LUIS, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, RASA.
  • Sound knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with NodeJS and API integration.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development
