Description:

DIALYSIS TECH REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required.
  • Dialysis Technician Certification by a CMS approved state certification program or a national commercially available certification program required within 18 months of hire or position change.
  • Additional state requirements/ regulations where applicable Required Preferred.
  • Employment at DaVita is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen in compliance with Federal regulation for dialysis clinics and a background check.
